EXPERIENCE

I have extensive experience developing people and processes, through mentoring, training, and teaming with others, both in the workplace and throughout communities.  I have worked for businesses of various sizes from family owned to Fortune 20.  I also serve in leadership roles on several volunteer boards in the Pacific Northwest.  I love to learn, have excellent problem solving skills and am extremely adaptable.

I received my Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Idaho.  I continued my formal learning at the University of Utah, where I received an Executive MBA, summa cum laude.
