Shannon received her Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Idaho and an Executive MBA, summa cum laude, from the University of Utah.   She also serves in leadership roles on several volunteer boards in the Pacific Northwest.  Shannon loves to learn, has excellent problem solving skills and is extremely adaptable.
